Our rendezvous will be near the steps of Musée Légion d’honneur. This is just opposite the museum entrance, due to the ongoing renovations come to Entrance 2.
The French have always loved a rebel, there will be a few to see on the way such as Millet, Courbet & Manet. We will start with the Salons of the 1840’s dominated by two opposing masters Delacroix & Ingres and end with the individuality of two tempestuous friends Van Gogh & Gauguin.
A private two hour tour of the Musée d’Orsay limited to 6 people, in English. Museum Tickets are NOT INCLUDED in the price, they can be obtained at the orsay.fr website. (16€) All children under 18 get in free with ID.
